Rekindling Togetherness

A 5 Week Workshop for Married Couples

Who are craving a way back together.

The course is limited to 4 couples so that everyone has space to process, connect and hear from each other, if they choose.

It can be so hard to see the way ahead in the midst of seasons of deep, profound disconnection.

You’re craving a new way forward, but have no idea how to find your way back to connection. Trust, love, respect are there, but life has gotten heavy and created a deep divide. The love is there but you just don’t always feel it. Most couples know there’s love but can’t get out from under the pressure and divide.

And this can feel so so lonely - to both of you.

This course offers companionship, thoughtful exploration, and spaceto process your experiences as you discover a new way forward.

It is for couples who are committed and ready to stop white-knuckling it.

Five weeks to understand what's been weighing on your relationship, and what becomes possible when you put some of it down.

You don't have to keep trying harder.

There is another way.

Marriage can be (ahem, is) hard.

Something's off. You both know it. And you're both tired of pretending otherwise.

Somewhere along the way the relationship started feeling more like a job, and less like a journey together.  You're managing more than you're connecting. You're performing more than you're present. And the version of marriage you thought you were signing up for feels a long way from here.

Here's what we’ve learned, sitting with individuals and couples for over 30 combined years: most of the time, it's not one person or the other, it’s the pressure placed on the relationship that’s overloading.

As Esther Perel talks about, we've asked one relationship to do what an entire community used to do: to be our safety, our passion, our meaning, our healing, our home. That's a crushing amount of weight for two people to carry. And when they buckle under it, we call it failure. It isn't.

It’s the relationship’s integrity buckling under too much weight.

Rekindling is a five-week course built around a different question. Not what's wrong with us -but

What happens when we put this weight down and tend to a simple, unburdened, everyday spark in the relationship?

What This Workshop Covers:

  • You're more exhausted than estranged, but the estrangement is creeping in

  • The same loops keep running - pursuit and withdrawal, need and defense - and you're both worn out

  • Intimacy has quietly shifted from something you want to something you manage

  • You miss each other, even in the same house

This isn't therapy. It's a structured, honest space to have the conversations that most couples never get to have -  with guidance, with each other, and with a little more courage than you walked in with.

Five weeks. Join other couples for deep, meaningful work and some actual relief.

We’d be honored to help foster a rekindling of your togetherness.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A deeper understanding of the pressures impacting modern relationships

  • Greater awareness of relational patterns and dynamics

  • Tools for communicating with more openness and vulnerability

  • Insight into balancing connection with individuality

  • A renewed approach to intimacy, desire, and long-term partnership

  • Practical strategies for creating a relationship that can evolve and grow over time

Whether you're hoping to strengthen your partnership, deepen your self-awareness, or better understand the complexities of love and desire, this course offers a compassionate space for reflection, learning, and meaningful growth.

  • Why modern marriage is structurally overloaded -  and why that's not a character flaw

  • Where/how the pressure shows up: the withdrawal, the resentment, the mismatched desire, the slow fade

  • How shame keeps couples isolated in the very place they most need to be known

  • Why losing yourself in the relationship doesn't save it - it starves it

  • What it looks like to choose each other again, freely, with some room to breathe
