What to Expect:

Prepare for baby and the transition to motherhood with this holistic prenatal workshop designed to support you in body, mind, and spirit. This in-person prenatal workshop in Columbus brings together trusted local professionals to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and practically for birth and early motherhood.

The workshop includes:

  • A nourishing prenatal yoga session

  • Education from two pelvic floor physical therapists

  • Maternal mental health guidance for pregnancy and postpartum

  • Lactation support and feeding preparation

  • A doula panel to answer your birth questions

Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, this experience is designed to help you enter motherhood feeling supported, informed, and confident.
