Hi, mama, joy-seeker, struggler - welcome.

You're in the right place.

I am so glad you found your way here.

As a therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health, I sit with women every day who are navigating the tender, messy, and often contradictory truths of motherhood. I started All The Mama Therapy because I believe mothers -parents - deserve a space that’s both real and gentle — where you don’t have to feel alone, or that you have it all figured out. Where your mental health matters just as much as your baby’s eat-sleep-change-repeat cycle.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Encouragement for the hard days.

  • Self-care tools that are actually doable and not based on the new best product.

  • Honest conversations about anxiety, identity shifts, intrusive thoughts, and all the silent stuff we carry.

  • Resources from both my clinical experience and my own journey as a mom.

I created All the Mama Therapy because I know what it is to feel lost at times in motherhood. To feel like you’ve disappeared somewhere between the diapers, dishes, and daily overwhelm. To not recognize yourself in moments. To love your child deeply, wildly, emphatically… and still grieve who you once were. To feel joy and exhaustion and confusion in the same breath. To hold these and many, many other dualities at every turn in the day.

This space is for the mama who is looking at instagram reels, feeling that her experience is “wrong” somehow - that she is failing and is alone in her experience. For the mama who feels like she's supposed to “love every moment” but secretly misses her the old version of herself. It’s for the mom lying awake at night replaying every decision, struggling with insomnia or worry. It’s for you, if you’re feeling alone and craving support that feels both validating and empowering.

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to hold it all alone, either, mama.

Let this be a soft landing place. A space where we explore the messy, magical, transformative season of early parenthood — together.

I’m so glad you’re here. Truly. I can’t wait to see what we create.

Hi, I’m Colleen — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Perinatal Mental Health certification - with a deep calling to support women and parents through the beautiful chaos of early parenthood.

My passion for perinatal mental health started almost 6 years ago, after the birth of my daughter. A few months after her birth, I found myself in the depths of a postpartum darkness — I felt powerlessness and alone, and didn’t recognize myself in many ways. That experience changed me. It opened my eyes to the all-too-often hidden and unseen needs of new mothers and the deep healing that can come when we are not left alone, but met with empathy, presence, and a safe place to land.

Here, at All The Mama Therapy, I hold space for the big, messy, magical moments. I believe that multiple things can be true at once - motherhood is all the joy and all the heartache and struggle rolled into one. I believe that parenthood doesn’t just stretch us — it invites us into transformation. - sometimes in unwelcome ways. It asks us to revisit our own stories, reclaim our voices, and become again and again and again.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in relationship and co-creation. I believe healing happens in connection — when we feel seen, safe, and empowered. Whether you’re in the fog of early motherhood, navigating loss, identity shifts, or simply longing for more ease and alignment, this is a place where you are held.

But more than anything, I bring a belief in your wholeness — even when things feel broken. Because sometimes, when we are lost in the dark spaces, we need an outside source to remind us of the quiet magic that resides in all of us. I hope to do some of that here.

Welcome. You belong here.

Fun Facts:

  1. I used to teach yoga and make jewelry to sell, before having kids. Things change - a bit - after kids, eh? I wouldn’t trade a thing. (That pic is me and my daughter and it makes me so happy.)

  2. Nature is my therapy. Give me a blanket under a tree, with a pile of books to peruse and I’m home.

  3. I love anything that feels a little bit magical — fairy tales, treasure hunts, fireflies, etc.

  4. I dream of someday creating cozy, imaginative care packages for mamas filled with little things that feel like healing.

  5. I’m a big believer in slow mornings, handmade coffee mugs and cozy blankets. (As a mama the slow morning thing is a bit on hold these days)
